If you wish to register a complaint please ask to speak to the practice manager or if you prefer please write to the practice manager. We will confirm receipt of your written complaint and contact you timeously to discuss further. If you would like to offer any suggestions about improving our service to you please speak to the practice manager or put it in writing if you prefer.
